The logistics

- Delivery
- Priced by distance and quoted up front as its own line. You'll never see it appear later as a surprise.
- Ferry crossings
- Built into the schedule with room to spare. If a sailing is cancelled we drive around through Tacoma — it adds time, so we plan the run with that already in it.
- Arrival time
- We're on site 45 minutes before service to set the line and light the chafers. For weddings, as early as your venue allows.
- Setup included
- Chafers, fuel, serving utensils and labelled trays come as standard. Plates, cutlery and napkins on request.
- Staffed service
- Add servers and we'll run the line, swap trays and clear at the end. Otherwise it's a clean drop-off.
- Venue paperwork
- Certificates of insurance, W-9s and health permits go straight to your venue or finance team when you ask.
